Please review the following in order to ensure a flawless online shopping experience.

Order Confirmations:


We are quite serious about keeping you posted throughout the processing of your order. You will receive an e-email confirmation right away when you submit your order. If you do not receive an email confirmation, there may have been a problem with your order and you may need to contact us to assist you further. You will receive a personal email confirmation from one of our staff members when we receive your order.  Then you will get a follow up email to make sure you received your artwork as expected and and are happy with your new artwork and our customer service.

Customer Support:


Our staff is dedicated to customer support, in the galleries or on the web, and will address any of your concerns in a timely manner.  

If you require additional support please send an email to in order to alert our staff who will helpfully address your web customer support needs promptly.   


We accept all major credit cards, certified checks, money orders and PayPal.  For the fastest shipping, use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card OR overnight your money order or certified check payment to us, whichever means of payment is most convenient for you.  Orders purchased with a personal check will be held for up to 14 days before shipping.

International Orders:


We are pleased to ship internationally and have many overseas clients.  We always search for the most cost-effective shipping method possible for international customers.   If, however, our website miscalculates or under-charges international shipping costs, we reserve the right to charge the international customer actual shipping charges and will provide proof of shipping cost in that case.

Shipping and Handling:


We always do our best to ship items in a timely manner.  Once we recieve your order we will contact you with your shipping time-frame.  We will contact customers on every order to give them an estimated time of arrival and any other important information about their order.  We will keep you posted at all times, however custom-framed pieces, commissions, hand-embellished pieces and other unique circumstances may cause longer shipping times – in some cases please allow up to 8 weeks for some orders to arrive.

Your order may get flagged in certain circumstances, in which case, you may be required to make additional arrangements with us.  
On some orders, we may require you to email or fax us a signed authorization to charge your credit card. In this case, we will fax, email or mail you the form and have you send it back to us with your signature.

Return Policy:


We gladly accept returns for exchange or gallery credit within 10 days of your receiving your order.  

Order Cancellation:


If, for whatever reason, you decide to cancel your order with us, please do so within 24 hours of submitting your order.



Your privacy is very important to us. We treat your personal information as private and confidential and will never disclose this data with other organizations or individuals except where required by law.  We will NOT share or sell our mailing lists.  Atlas Galleries will only use your personal information to fill your order or to communicate directly with you, our valued customer.
